the weekend

saturday and sunday basically sucked hard. the only comfortable time i spend is on ice packs.
i played on the computer some, still haven't loaded Unreal 2004. i have had that game for sometime now; granted i got it at a great price, plus a rebate that i have already cashed. just been to lazy to install. not so much being lazy, but i know once it is installed, i'll play it like crazy like i do with all games.

saturday night i did make it upto Friday's for a while. had some movies with me, as usual, traded movies for beer. works for me. i stayed up there for a couple hours; but even with the numbing affect of beer, still had to leave due to the pain.

sunday i ran a couple errands and stopped at fridays for a bite to eat. just so happened, movies paid for that too. i know i shouldn't do that, but anything i burn, i just ask for what it cost me to do it. i don't do it as often as it sounds either.
did do well on sunday though, finally won money again in my nascar pool. it has been a dry year for me winning, if not for the $2 a week i pull out to do it, i would be losing money this year. it's still fun to play, but i think next year i may only do a couple of races, more $ to get in and bigger payouts. will have to keep that one on my mind.
